On 10 August 2026 the Tourism Authority of Thailand (TAT) officially confirmed it: the first Asian edition of Tomorrowland runs from 11 to 13 December 2026 at Wisdom Valley, an area near Pattaya in Chonburi province on the eastern Gulf coast, a couple of hours’ drive from Bangkok. The festival is presented under the new global theme Consciencia, with six immersive stages pairing Tomorrowland’s signature production with Thai culture and hospitality. TAT backs the project financially and logistically and calls the partnership a long-term one.
Tickets: official channels only
Tickets are sold through the official Tomorrowland website. As with the festival’s other editions, sales traditionally run in waves: pre-registration first, then sale rounds, and demand usually outstrips supply, so register early and watch for date announcements. Prices and ticket formats for Thailand are not confirmed as of this guide’s update, so we quote no figures here; check the official website. Getting there: Bangkok first, then Pattaya
International flights land in Bangkok: Suvarnabhumi (BKK) is the main hub, Don Mueang (DMK) the low-cost base. Pattaya is about 150 km southeast of Bangkok on a good motorway, typically 1.5–2.5 hours depending on transport and traffic. From there the options are a bus from the Ekkamai terminal, a minivan, a pre-booked transfer straight from the airport, or a rental car. Closer to Pattaya there is also U-Tapao airport (UTP) with a limited flight network; if a convenient one comes up, it saves the drive. Wisdom Valley is not in the city itself, so plan the last mile too: on festival days the roads around the venue will be busy, and official shuttle information will likely appear closer to the dates.

Where to stay: Pattaya, Jomtien and booking early
The widest choice of accommodation is in Pattaya and Jomtien: hotels of every level, apartments, well-developed infrastructure and food of every kind. Factor in two things at once: December is the peak of high season on the eastern seaboard, and the festival will add tens of thousands of guests from around the world. Book as early as you can, ideally months ahead: closer to the dates prices will rise and choice will shrink. Staying in Bangkok and commuting to the festival is possible too, but 1.5–2 hours each way three evenings in a row is a tiring plan; it only makes sense if Bangkok matters more to you.
Festivalgoer practicalities in Thailand
- Heat and water: December is the most comfortable month, but daytime still hits around +30 °C with strong sun. Drink plenty of water, bring a hat and sunscreen, and replenish electrolytes after dancing.
- Alcohol at customs: you may bring up to 1 litre of alcohol per adult into Thailand duty-free; exceeding it risks a fine and confiscation. The legal drinking age in the country is 20.
- Vapes are banned: importing, selling and using e-cigarettes is illegal in Thailand; do not bring them, the fines are substantial.
- Documents and the road: carry your passport or a copy; a scooter or car requires a valid licence of the right category plus an International Driving Permit (IDP), and a helmet is always mandatory.
- Everything official, in advance: buy tickets and packages only through official Tomorrowland channels, and book accommodation and transport before you fly in; demand across the region will be high in December.
