Tomorrowland brings its first Asian edition to Thailand this December near Pattaya

Thailand will host the first Asian edition of Tomorrowland this December. On 10 August 2026 the Tourism Authority of Thailand (TAT) confirmed that Tomorrowland Thailand will run from 11 to 13 December 2026 at Wisdom Valley near Pattaya, on the country's eastern Gulf coast. Ahead of the debut, TAT introduced hundreds of thousands of festivalgoers at Tomorrowland Belgium to Thai culture and hospitality.

At the Belgian festival, TAT hosted the Amazing Thailand Sanctuary and invited visitors to follow the Sabai Sabai Route. Across both festival weekends, guests met traditional performances, regional flavours, wellness rituals and immersive storytelling. Daily showcases drew on Central, Northern and Northeastern Thailand, with dance, drumming and participatory rituals, alongside Thai-inspired food and cocktails, incense blessings and gong ceremonies. Many visitors received traditional blessing bracelets, a small gesture of good fortune and welcome.

"We are deeply honoured that Thailand has been chosen as Tomorrowland's new home in Asia," said Ms. Thapanee Kiatphaibool, Governor of the TAT. She described a partnership built on mutual trust and a long-term commitment, adding that TAT supports the collaboration both financially and logistically. Beyond welcoming visitors from around the world, she noted, the event creates opportunities for Thai talent, raises the profile of the country's creative industries, and generates employment across many sectors.

Tomorrowland Thailand will be presented under the festival's new global theme, Consciencia, with six immersive stages that pair the production the festival is known for with Thai storytelling, culture and warm hospitality. Organisers describe it as a new chapter for the brand in Asia, bringing together music and people from many countries for three days on the Gulf coast.

The timing lands in Thailand's high season, when the weather on the eastern seaboard is at its most comfortable and visitor numbers climb. Wisdom Valley sits near Pattaya in Chonburi province, a short drive from Bangkok and within easy reach of beaches and islands such as Ko Larn.
